![]() Part 1 - Sunday, March 3rd, 8:00 p.m.
The episode introduces the outlaw biker group, The Triple Sixers. Characterized as one of the largest outlaw biker gangs in the world,
The Triple Sixers dominate Canada. Their unrivalled presence and strength stretches from Halifax to Vancouver, with
one important exception - the Sixers have no chapters in Ontario, the richest market in the country.
Zip O’Connors, head of the Montreal Chapter, sees a golden opportunity in Ontario and wants to seize it. But he knows that any move to expand into this fresh territory will be met with fierce opposition from the many independent gangs already operating there.
Although he is not afraid of a fight, he realizes it will be tough to win over. The man chosen to head the Toronto Chapter is critical.
Zip chooses Bob Durelle, head of the Devil Riders, an already well-established Ontario gang, for the job.
Bob must prove his worthiness for the role. In a well-organized hit, he kills a major Colombian druglord who is hiding out in Montreal.
Only Zip and Pietro Giacalone, the Toronto godfather, know about Bob’s act. The reward is a preferred price on coke and
the Toronto Chapter of the Sixers.
Although Bob sees the advantages of joining The Triple Sixers, Glen O’Sullivan and Ross Desbiens, two of his longtime Devil Riders brothers, do not. O’Sullivan, the oldest of the three, sees an opportunity to retire so Bob buys his territory.
Ross is neither ready to sell his territory to Bob nor join the Sixers. It seems as if the
two lifelong friends are about to go their separate ways.
However, instead they see an opportunity to divide and conquer. They make a secret deal: Bob will establish the Triple Sixers Chapter in Toronto, while Ross organizes all the gangs opposed to the Sixers into an informal association. Bob and Ross agree to divide territory,
keep their members in line, and share the profits. Bob keeps it secret from his fellow Sixers. Bob and Ross have the
perfect cover, too. They refuse to allow their wives, who are best friends, to ever see each other again.
Of course the women do, thus unwittingly playing into the plan.
While Bob faces the challenges of establishing his Sixers chapter in Toronto, Zip has problems with his own chapter in Montreal.
All his members are opposed to the formation of the new Toronto chapter. Although Zip promises that they will be able to buy
coke cheaper as a result, his biker brothers are more concerned with the fact that they themselves can no longer hope to
expand their operations into Ontario. They vote Zip out as president of the Montreal chapter.
Meanwhile, the police have been trying to track the various comings and goings of the various bikers. Bill Guenette is the point man,
a biker expert who is frustrated by the fact that his bosses are more interested in publicity and politics than the careful work
required to investigate the bikers.
Meanwhile, Bob’s and Ross’ plan to divide the Toronto drug begins to crumble. Some of Ross’ partners want to resist the Sixers at all costs. A little too conveniently, Ricky Jones, the one most extremely opposed, is assassinated. Suspicion for his murder falls on Bob.
Despite Bob’s denials, Ross suspects that Bob is not keeping his part of the deal. Now Ross has serious problems trying to
keep his partners in line, and it is only a short time before an attempt is made on Bob’s life.

![]() Part 2 – Sunday, March 10th, 8:00 p.m.
The day after the attempt on Bob’s life, Roots Racine one of the strongest and most ruthless of the Sixers in Quebec, shows up at the Toronto clubhouse. In private, Zip suggests to Bob that maybe Roots made the attempt on his life. Bob also learns that Zip
is not selling coke to Roots and his brothers in Quebec at the favourable price they’re paying themselves. This concerns him,
but Zip brushes it off as none of his business.
Some of Bob’s men are arrested on the verge of taking the life of one of the members of the rival gangs. Ross feels that things are spinning out of control. He tries to elicit O’Sullivan to speak to Bob and intercede. O’Sullivan promises to, but doesn’t follow through.
Meanwhile, Roots is trying to expand into Ross’ territories. Ross finally reaches Bob, who stops Roots, but Ross feels he’s on
the losing end of the bargain. In a move designed to protect himself and his partners, Ross begins to take steps toward
becoming a member of the Matadores, a biker gang that is one of the Sixers’ major global competitors.
To Ross, it seems as if his former friend is determined to wipe him and all non-Sixer gangs off the face of the earth.
Suspicion turns to outright hostility when Ross’ wife is killed by a bomb intended for Ross himself.
Bob comes to the funeral and embraces Ross, saying he had nothing to do with his wife’s death. Ross doesn’t know what to believe.
He suspects Bob is responsible, but there is enough doubt in his mind to keep him from retaliating.
Nevertheless, events boil out of control. Bob and Ross try to control the situation, but as the body count rises,
they become increasingly suspicious of each other.
Toronto godfather, Giacalone, decides it ‘s time to step in. He brings Bob and Ross together. His news is a shock to Bob and confirmation
of Ross’ worst suspicions: Zip and O’Sullivan are being arrested for the murder of Ross’ wife. Bob still insists he had nothing to do
with it, but since Zip is a fellow Sixer, Ross concludes that he was operating under Bob’s orders. In Ross’ opinion,
Bob may not have planted the bomb, but he has blood on his hands nonetheless.

![]() Part 3 *** Last***– Sunday, March 17th, 8:00 p.m.
Bob now realizes that the murders were being ordered without his knowledge, and that Zip was the man behind them.
Zip discovered that the expansion into Ontario did not work to his advantage as he had hoped. The secret deal between Bob
and Ross kept him locked out of the market. The murders he ordered, targeting Ross and his informal association of bikers,
were designed to give Zip a fresh foothold in Ontario.
Bob is furious with Zip for interfering in his business, while Ross is now convinced that Bob ordered Zip to do his dirty work for him. Vengeance against Bob becomes Ross’ guiding light. The split between the two former friends appears permanent.
But what of O’Sullivan’s role in all this? In an interrogation of O’Sullivan, the police learn that he was used by both Zip and Bob
for special jobs – contract killings. On the strength of his testimony, they arrest Bob for three murders. Guenette worries that
O’Sullivan’s testimony alone is not enough, they should wait until they have more evidence. But he is overruled by his
superiors who want the publicity of a high profile arrest and trial.
Ross is so consumed with a desire for vengeance against Bob that he gets word to O’Sullivan during his testimony at Bob’s trial:
get Bob off, so I can deal with him or the retribution I will seek against you and your loved ones will know no end. Although
O’Sullivan knows Ross is not bluffing, he has his own private agenda against the police - he perjures himself in court by
reversing his testimony. The crown’s case collapses and Bob walks.
Frustrated at loosing the case, Guenette retires from the police force. Now out of jail, Bob decides to try to put things right.
He manages to impose his domination over Toronto and bring about an uneasy peace, but Ross is another problem.
Bob engineers Zip’s execution by letting Roots and his brothers in Montreal know that Zip was cheating them on the
price of coke. Bob intends the murder as a sort of peace offering to Ross and sends him Zip’s old jacket
with the club colours on it. But Ross rejects the peace offering and goes into hiding, all the better to continue
plotting the ultimate revenge on his former friend.
Bob’s wife Karen leaves for a Florida holiday with their two children, or so Bob believes. He soon discovers that she has, in fact, left him.
Although Guenette has retired, he has one last confrontation with Bob. He doesn’t have proof that will stand up in court, but Guenette reveals that he knows Bob killed the Colombian druglord. Bob leaves their meeting feeling invincible, yet danger is approaching him from all directions – the police, Ross, his family. Ends with Bob Being told Ross has been shot!
