RD's New Foundation
Fondation Rivières
Recently, Roy, together with Michel Gauthier, a well-known Montreal photographer, have formed the Fondation Rivières,
or the Rivers Foundation in English, with the purpose of helping to protect the rivers in Quebec, Roy’s home province,
from the building of a series of proposed small dams throughout the region. This is Roy’s first public
involvement with an environmental cause, one which is of great personal importance to him.
This is a brand new foundation with which Roy is personally involved, and it is very exciting
that we can be among the very first to support him in beginning this endeavor.
