Welcome to Roy Dupuis Online.  While surfing on Internet during the summer of 1994, I discovered that there were No existing sites on Roy Dupuis. That was when I decided to fill a need and to create a complete and information filled site about him. For this site, I’m trying to have a different look….a different take on things.     So many sites are commercial in that they have hundreds of pictures, stats on this and that.    I want to show what I see in him as a man.     I want to acknowledge his work.      Roy Dupuis is a very unique person with an extraordinary talent.  He is so different from your typical Hollywood actors.  His acting skills are superb!         The skin of the emotions of a character he plays, lies beneath him but shows through those Jade-Green eyes. The professionals of his trade are the craftsmen of the imaginary world. But unlike producers, directors, composers, writers or painters, actors are both creators, instruments of their art through which a play is born, and they become the essence, the material with which a role is created. It is with great generosity that the actor will give his entire body and soul to the new born character making him bigger than first imagined. We need them as our mirrors to see ourselves, their lights to keep us hoping, and their imagination to make us believe in our dreams. Through Roy Dupuis, I appreciate the work of all actors.
